Brokerage and Financial Data (SnapTrade Data)
If you choose to link your brokerage account to our Service, we use SnapTrade to connect to your financial institution. Through this connection, we collect sensitive financial data necessary to provide our analysis services, which may include, but is not limited to: account holdings, transaction history, and account balances. This data is considered Brokerage/SnapTrade Data and is treated with the highest level of security and confidentiality.

Support and Correspondence Data
When you communicate with us via email at support@stockunlock.com, we collect your email address and the content of your message, including any attachments, to provide you with customer support.

Financial Information
When you make a payment on our website, you are redirected to Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor. For in-app purchases in our mobile application, transactions are processed through the respective application store (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and managed by our provider, RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your full credit card details or other sensitive payment information. We do not collect or store any partial payment data (like the last four digits of a credit card) ourselves.

Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as:
- Your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- Browser type and browser version
- For our mobile application, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, and your mobile operating system

5.2 Financial Data and Brokerage Connection Providers
We use third-party service providers to source, provide, and maintain the financial market data displayed and used within our Service:

SnapTrade: We use SnapTrade as a third-party service provider to securely connect with and retrieve your brokerage data (including holdings, transactions, and balances) to enable our analysis services. SnapTrade acts as a data processor on our behalf. SnapTrade Privacy Policy

We do not display advertisements on our platform. The data collected by these services is used for analytics and to measure the performance of our external marketing efforts.

5.3 Customer Communication and Marketing

Google Services (Website Only): We use Google Analytics and Google Ads on our website for audience measurement and marketing effectiveness. Google Privacy Policy

5.4 Payment Processing
We use third-party services for payment processing.
